Our team would check all the parts before sending it for delivery. Incase, a wrong part has been received by you, you can call or message us and send us pictures and details of the part so that we can check it and arrange for the replacement / return.
Parts once ordered, shipped and received by us, cannot be returned or cancelled unless there is a defect or a wrong part has been issued.

In case the part is defective, please contact us and send us pictures of the defective part via email or message and we will arrange for the collection and replacement of the defective part.
In both the cases, please ensure the parts are returned in the same packaging, if it came in a branded box or sealed bag etc. and it is wrapped securely to ensure it arrives back safely at our end. Once we have received your item and checked it’s in a sellable condition, we will arrange for the replacement or issue a credit note which can be used by yourselves in your next purchase.
